Catalyst Rx is a partner with the Employer's Health Coalition (EHC), not just a vendor. As partners, we listen closely to the needs of EHC and its members to customize plan designs, clinical programs, technology strategies, and an array of other pharmacy benefit services. Catalyst provides a consultative role to Coalition employer group members. We provide on-site quarterly status briefs, educational luncheons and
participate benefit fairs, health fairs, and "Ask The Pharmacist" programs.
Catalyst Rx provides a targeted physician detailing and education program that focuses on increasing generic utilization and lowering plan costs for EHC clients. Our clinical pharmacists meet on-site with high
prescribing physicians and consult with them regarding prescribing patterns, drug costs, and industry news. Unlike other PBM's programs, Catalyst Rx utilizes unbiased, plan-specific data rather than aggregated national data and Pharma sponsorships. Catalyst Rx is a transparent partner working in the best interests of EHC and its coalition members.
