About Us
IMWell Health is a healthcare company that specializes in delivering on site primary care and diseases management services for employers
with self funded health plans. Our services supplement the existing healthcare benefit plan. We collabote closely with your existing PPO, PBM and medical management vendors.
Our service model deploys licensed and certified healthcare professionals to the clinic site for two primary reasons. The first is hassle free and convenient access to high quality healthcare for employees and covered family members. The second is treatment that is focused on improving patient health status, which reduces absenteeism and increases employee productivity.
Headquartered in Fort Smith, we currently serve clients in Arkansas and Oklahoma.

IMWell Health, LLC provides service to many different types of clients. Our clients include manufacturers, poultry processing, municipalities

Services
Our clinics are focused on the treatment of illnesses and the improvement of health status for all participants. Services include, but are not limited to:
- Primary care clinic services for the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases
- Prescriptions will be phoned or sent electronically to the patient's choice of an area participating PBM provider
- Collection of urine and blood specimens for outsourced lab work
- Minor procedures to include suturing, simple biopsies, EKGs
- Wellness exams, history and physicals
- Wound care
- Gynecological exams, routine Pap smears
- Chronic disease evaluation, monitoring and care management
- Health risk assessments
- Wellness programs
The disease management programs produce a number of expected results to include:
- Reduction in ER visits
- Increased generic drug utilization
- Reduction in the rate of catastrophic cases due to preventable hospitalizations
